You are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete personalization information, including names, dates, and any other relevant details. We will use this information to create your personalized item, and we are not responsible for errors or misspellings made by customers during the personalization process. Please review your order carefully before submitting it to ensure that all information is correct.

 

2. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, and graphics used to create our personalized items are the property of Flip Forge and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any of our designs or artwork without our express written permission.

 

3. Cancellation

Due to the custom nature of personalized items, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been processed. Please be sure that you are committed to your purchase before submitting your order.

 

4. Shipping

We make every effort to ship your personalized item within the timeframe stated on our website. However, please note that shipping times may vary depending on the item, the volume of orders we are currently processing and also the processing speed of your local shipping company.
 

We understand that shipping and receiving packages is an essential part of our business. However, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that occur during transit or delivery. This policy is in effect to protect both our company and our customers from any financial losses or damages caused by lost packages.

If a customer's package goes missing during transit, we recommend they contact the shipping carrier to file a claim or request assistance in locating the package. In most cases, shipping carriers have their own policies and procedures for lost packages, and they are best equipped to handle such situations.

While we do our best to ensure packages are shipped securely and arrive at their destination in a timely manner, we cannot guarantee delivery or assume liability for any losses incurred as a result of lost packages.

5. Returns and Refunds

We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If your personalized item is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item, and we will work with you to either replace the item or issue a refund. 6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flip Forge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our personalized items or our website.

 

7. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state or province in which Flip Forge is located, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
