Return and Refund Policy

At Flip Forge, we understand that personalized items are unique and special, which is why we take extra care to ensure that they are created to your exact specifications. However, we also understand that there may be instances where you need to return or exchange your personalized item. In such cases, we have established the following return and refund policy:

 

1. Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If your personalized item is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item, and we will work with you to either replace the item or issue a refund.

 

2. Refunds

If your personalized item is defective or damaged upon receipt, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment once we receive the item back in our facility. In the event that the item cannot be replaced, we will issue a refund for the full purchase price of the item, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.

 

3. Exceptions

Please note that we are not responsible for errors made by customers during the personalization process. It is important that you review your order carefully before submitting it to ensure that all information is correct.

 

4. Cancellation

Due to the custom nature of personalized items, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been processed.
